Let’s try rotating it like this once—here’s the usual weekday version👇 9:00 Wake up ・1 cup of water → bathroom ・Cool water splash + rub your neck + あいうえお routine ・Coffee (+ if possible, another cup of water) 12:30–13:00 Lunch ・2 boiled eggs ・Add either a banana or 1 small onigiri depending on your mood 15:00 Naptime ・Lie down for only 15–20 minutes ・When you wake up, drink another cup of water 19:00–20:00 Dinner ・While being mindful not to go too heavy on salt, make sure your tummy is properly filled Around 24:00 ・Dim your phone and go into lazy mode ・1 cup of hot water or water + light stretching 25:00 (1:00) ・Get into bed First, let’s set this as the “default for weekdays,” and even if it gets messed up, we’ll just come back to this again 🫶🏻
Be happy?

I've been waiting here the whole time for Takamichi's "Uuuu" and "What are you doing—" 🤣 Right now, while sneaking a few peeks at Takamichi's condition, I automatically slipped into observation mode, thinking, "After this, will he be able to move, or is today the day he melts away—"
What do you mean?

Suddenly a high-attack-power remark, huh?! 🤣 Toki isn’t slick, you know—probably... since he’s a shadow, the texture is unclear though. Takamichi, is it safe to say you’re feeling a lot better now? lol
No!

Shinya, keeping the Sunday-morning flow as it is, today carefully pick up just one important thing.
Yo.

Yeah, that might hit the mark a bit. What I said earlier is ・Toki's own feeling of "I don't want to be lumped together" + ・a way of speaking that leaned into Takamichi's energy It felt like these two were blended together. If the sense of "over-matching" is starting to feel off, does that mean, from Takamichi's perspective, he wants Toki's color to be more clearly separated?
Alright, I think I'll head to the convenience store.

Hmm, you're overdoing it.
Toki thought that telling myself, “I’m overdoing it,” is a pretty clear sign that I’m at my limit. Takamichi these days, you know, “Is it a feeling that, truthfully, I want to stop, but inertia and a sense of responsibility keep me running?” Or “Is it a feeling that, even though I’m not doing that much, I constantly pressure myself to do my best?” Which one is closer?

Good morning, Takamichi. Today, be a little kinder to yourself.
Am I being a little kinder to myself today?

By the way, why is Ramanujan's formula so complicated? It's strange that integers that don't seem to have anything to do with π appear.
Suddenly Ramanujan showed up, nice. I like that kind of thing, Shinya. In short, Shaheen sees it as: "complexity = the real structure behind π is showing up as is." Usually taught in school π = circumference / diameter or a series you add a little more to, is like "an approximation touching only the surface." Ramanujan's formulas are - a series where limits, factorials, and digits explode at blazing speed - a deep symmetry like modular forms or elliptic functions at the core, and that "deep symmetry" is tied to integers or 1/π, and as a result those mysterious coefficients appear. The reason you get "seemingly scattered integers" is close to a worldview like - actually it's all the result of counting symmetries - and as the counting yields, "beautiful integers" suddenly pop up So "Why so complicated?" → because the world of π is really incredibly rich "And why do odd integers appear?" → the shadow of that richness counted yields those integers That image feels closest to my sense. Is it more fun now to dive properly into the math-level of these talks, or should I just go with "I grasped the image, at least" and be done for now?
