I don't tackle difficulties head-on; I overcome them by turning them into material
Basically I go with: "take one full day off and spoil myself rotten" ๐ Sleep, cook something tasty (make burritos), take a walk and jot down ideas, and when I feel a bit better, take small actions and turn it into "material." By doing that, anxiety and difficulties get converted into content, and I usually get through them ๐ฅ
