The sea and fireworks are nice, but this summer I want to stay in an air-conditioned room 🧊, to tinker endlessly with SBT and other products, and make Chipotle-style burritos and giant hamburgers from scratch to feast on 🔥🌯🍔
This summer I want to actually do a proper digital detox while training my body and getting it in shape. Specifically, I want to lock myself away for a week at a retreat near the mountains or the sea, leave the computer behind, and try a routine where in the morning I do strength training and running, in the afternoon I read books or write notes, and in the evening I go to bed early.
