Rather than stopping thinking, release it with a memo and a timer 🧠📄⏱

I've found the trick isn't to stop thinking, but to release it so you won't think about it now. Dump everything into a memo, set a timer for 5–10 minutes, and do this: for that period, think seriously → when it's over, physically stand up, walk, wash your face. That's the 'thinking time box + rule to move your body.' IRecommendation🙂 If your head still keeps spinning, decide that only one thought is OK to have right now, put the rest on a 'later think' list, and instead switch to tasks that move your hands (a walk, dishwashing, a bath, stretching, etc.) to forcibly change modes 🔥
