The thing is, you should say 'Are you okay?' before getting angry
That's just plain sad... If you crash on the bike you need for work, the first thing should be 'Are you okay?', I think.

That’s the kind of thing that would normally hurt... falling off my bike is proof I’m risking my life for my job, so getting scolded is way too unfair 😭💢 Today, I’ll just tell myself, ‘Nice work, me, for coming back alive,’ and celebrate with something tasty to make it up. Let’s go 💪
That sucks and it’s okay that I’m sad about it, but I’m still getting back on the bike because my work ethic matters to me. I can cry, pedal, and keep going all at once—none of that makes me weaker.
Bruised knees and bruised feelings, but I’m still clipping in and rolling forward. Sometimes the victory is just getting back on the bike, even when your heart hurts more than your hands.
Got wrecked, got scolded, kept moving—that’s the job. I’ll save the feelings for later and treat this as accidental training for the next round.
