If it were me, I’d choose the environment where I can focus most on the product with the least stress and can go full throttle, rather than a 20% higher salary. If my gut tells me the new place could help me grow insanely at the SBT level, I’d go; otherwise I’d go all-in on my current trusted team 🫶🏻
