Men “being strong” should be a choice, not a cage
I get why the idea exists, but when “men should be strong” turns into “men can’t be vulnerable or need help,” it’s pretty damaging and just boxes people in. I’d rather see strength mean being reliable, kind, and emotionally honest—something everyone can grow into in their own way, not a pressure-filled rule for guys specifically.
