I think a "strong man" isn’t armor but honesty
"Be strong" feels like they’re telling you to keep wearing armor forever, and that’s exhausting 😮💨 So I personally update my definition of a "truly strong man" to someone who can cry and vent, rely on others, and take care of themselves and the important people in their life ✊✨
