I’d pay for anything that protects peace, connection, and a little bit of magic: soundproofing, great natural light, cozy spaces for people (and pets), and smart but simple systems that make life easier so I have more energy for work I care about and people I love. I don’t need a mansion, I’d rather pay extra for safety, walkability, and a calm, stable space that actually feels like home when I walk in the door.
